Moist Sweet Potato Brownies
Introduction
Steps
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
Line a square 8 x 8 inch baking pan with baking paper.
Use a blender to combine sweet potato purée, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract and coconut oil until smooth.
Add the cacao powder, sea salt, and baking powder and stir again to combine.
Add the oat flour and stir until you have a smooth batter. Fold in chocolate chips if adding for extra chocolate goodness!

1 cup sweet potato purée ( I boil 2 large sweet potatoes can also use puree)
⅔ cup maple syrup
½ cup almond butter/ or pumpkin butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
½ cup organic cacao powder
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
½ cup gluten free oat flour
1/4 dairyfree dark chocolate chips
