Nourish Bowl

Steps

  1. Chose a grain as bed of the bowl, can also select a green lettuce

  2. Select one or two proteins to add to the bowl

  3. Arrange a selection of three vegetables around the bowl or more and some pickled or fermented.

  4. Select healthy fat to put on top 

  5. Make the dressing by combining the ingredients and drizzle over bowl

Protein:

Boiled Egg

Chickpeas ( organic caned)

Black beans

Red Kidney beans

Canellini Beans

Leftover roast or steamed chicken cubes


Vegetables:

Lettuce 

Grated Carrot

Red onion

cherry tomatoes

Steamed brocolli or corn

homemade saukerkraut or pickled vegetables


Healthy Fat:

Avocado

Drizzle olive oil

Nuts: Pine nuts, Almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds


Dressing:

Tahini

Hummous

Olive oil

Lemon 

Salt
