Potato Fish Cakes

Steps

  1. Finely chop fish

  2. Grate pototoe and mix together with flour and seasoning in a bowl. Alternatively this could be done using a food processor. 

  3. Using your hand shape into patties. 

  4. Wish an egg 

  5. Place GF breadcrumbs on a plate and role the pattie in the egg followed by the breadcrumbs. 

  6. Heat your coconut oil on a medium heat in a medium sized pan. 

  7. Cook the fishcakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

  8. Remove to kitchen paper to drain and serve with veggies and or rice. 

How to make

Ingredients

500 g of Cod

1 large white potato

4 tablespoons of tapioca flour

1 cup of gluten free breadcrumbs

1 egg ( alternatively 1 tablespoon flaxseed and 3 tablespoons of water)

Sea salt to taste
