I believe that every child is unique. What works for one may not work for another.

For chronic symptoms, a full evaluation is required to find out what is happening on the inside before beginning beginning a protocol.

STEP 1

ANALYSIS

​
 

  • I conduct a comprehensive intake assessment. Including intake form and a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), 3-day food and mood journal, and an Initial Interview questionnaire which are completed on my online portal. I evaluate potential health threats (various stressors, toxins, deficiencies, symptoms).
     

  • I review the current diet to assess macronutrients  and key micronutrients and identify triggers . Review the current supplements and or medications. I may recommend specific additional testing if necessary.

STEP 2

CREATE AN INDIVIDUALISED PLAN

Using the information from our evaluation, I will customize a strategic plan.

 

I provide you with custom meal plans and recipes, to fit your child’s specific needs. 
 

I assess key foods/nutrients that the body needs to heal, eliminate the trigger food, propose gut healing protocols and nutritional requirements to support the healing process according to age.

STEP 3

HEALING & REPAIR

When our gut health is compromised, our gut bacteria takes a hit too. It’s important to restore the beneficial bacteria to bring them back to health. In this step, we begin repairing the gut lining and sealing the leaky gut with the right nutrient-dense food and targeted supplements.

STEP 4

ROAD TO LONG TERM HEALTH

The final step will determine which foods to gradually re- introduce into the diet based on bio-individual needs. This is where a lot of people go wrong. The body needs a wide variety of foods and nutrients to thrive. My goal is to bring back as many food groups and variety as possible.
